Scottish Ballet commissioned this short film to promote their ’Wee Mice’ workshops. The sessions are designed for one child participating with one accompanying adult, and provide an opportunity for parents and children to play together in a fun and creative setting with live musical accompaniment.
Filming was so much fun; the wee ones were loved every second of the class. To promote these wonderful workshops I wanted to emphasise the ‘togetherness’ that the class engenders – so I created the tagline ‘Dance together, play together, be creative together, relax together.’ Then as a finishing touch I animated the text to jiggle about in a lively informal way.
